Sha Kali Yoga is a platform where we offer potent and powerful yoga practices. Our pre-recorded sessions range from 10 minutes to 90 minutes. You will be guided through Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Mediation. Once you have signed up and purchased your membership, you will have instant access to all the online and live Zoom offering sessions. You will then be redirected to the Online Studio.
The desire to connect with my inner being led me to the gentle, guiding path of yoga. Through asana (the physical element of yoga), meditation, and breathwork, I continue to turn inward, so I can listen to what is going on at the core of my being. When I make space to be silent and still, I am able to connect with my truth.
Yoga has been the gentle guide that has provided me with the tools to be my true self. To deepen my yoga practice and ensure that I do not fall into chaos on the inside with the daily demands of life, I am committed to sharing yoga practices with authenticity to be of service to others who wish to venture into a deeper search of their true self.
What I share and teach in yoga is not perfect, and neither is the way that I live my life. It is important for me to connect to my purpose regularly to be of service to others as we continue to transform. I am always filled with gratitude as I am reminded of the interconnectedness we share with each other during yoga practices, as I witness the transformative power of yoga within my being, and when I get the opportunity to guide others.
We offer unique, personalised, and intimate sessions. We aim to offer small class sizes, allowing the teacher to focus on and guide each participant holistically and ensure that each participant receives prompts to adjust and align their physical body effectively. Through my yoga journey, daily practices on and off the mat, and Yoga teacher training both online and in person in Nepal, I have learned that being gentle and calm is key to self-honesty.
As a Yoga teacher, I bring my gentleness, passion, bliss, joy, and deep understanding of yoga to every offering. Our teaching style emphasizes conscious movement and mindful breathing with a sense of ease and lightness. We guide participants on a journey of self-exploration and learning through a sequence of graceful yoga practices.
Encouraged by the positive impact of offering sessions to my close relations and my Yoga teacher's recommendation, I took a step forward toward sharing Yoga practices on a wider platform. At Sha Kali Yoga, We provide a safe place to explore and understand what lies beyond our physical outer experiences of life as I journey to self-honesty.
